You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

We do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll gladly replace or refund your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
